How much does shipping cost?
FREE to USA and delivery starts from $12.95 to the rest of the world
I have not received my parcel what should I do?
Please kindly contact email@example.com. if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will track it for you.
What are the currencies accepted?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.
I have received an incorrect or defective item
We apologize if we had sent you a defective or incorrect item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org about it and we’ll reply you within 1-2 working days.
Vizcosa will reimburse normal postage for defected or wrong item(s) sent to you. Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will only proceed on with an exchange if the item was purchased directly from us. All exchanges will be done via mailing only
Where do I send my returns to?
Before any returns, please email email@example.com and we will provide a shipping label, in some occasions we will send the return label together with your order in case you need to return the items.
I have purchased an incorrect size or color
We do provide size/color exchanges within 7 days subject to availability.
Returns within 7 days are provided for all items (except Sale Merchandise, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, and Bags). A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 6 months and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided.
Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking.
Vizcosa will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss parcels sent via normal mail.
All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns/Defects Department and they will only be handled by mail.
