RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced Vizcosa item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it and be issued a store credit.
PROCEDURE:
1) email returns@vizcosa.com to request a shipping label
2) print the label and attach to the package
3) drop to your nearest USPS, or follow instructions we will provide via email
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to color, size and fit, we offer a store credit, which can be used at www.vicosa.com
Sale Items: ‘Sale’ or ‘Markdown’ items cannot be returned due to change of mind
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons, stones) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume or used odors. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.
The Garments are digitally printed, for that reason, any irregularities on the fabric are NOT considered defects. Any damaged on the fabric or stones after the item has been worn, washed or has been with the customer for over 30 days after arrival is considered wear and tear and Vizcosa is not responsible for any damage.
- If there is manufacturing fault you are entitled to a refund, please send the items back in original condition ( with original tags and packaging, not worn, not washed and not altered)
- A manufacturing fault must be a rip on visible damage to the garment
- Please allow up to 7 -14 business days for a refund to show on your credit card, the processing time varies and you should consult with your bank for an estimated time. If you wish to insist on a refund on a second return, a fee of 15% of the cost of the garment applies
- When returning an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage back to us. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming credit has been added to your Vizcosa account
- Please note there are NO returns for exchange for any international orders unless the customer will cover return cost.
- If you changed your mind or items did not fit feel free to send back for an exchange or store credit.
- Store credit is valid for one year and will be issued once the item(s) arrive at Vizcosa Head office in North Carolina USA
- Due to limited stock, it is possible that the items you wish to exchange for will be sold out. If the items are not longer available we will grant you with store credit or exchange for another item.
- For any markdown or sale items, refunds or exchange are not available, they are considered a final sale and cannot be returned, however, you can contact Vizcosa if the size is not suitable and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Any items that have been altered or customized under not circumstance can be exchanged or refunded
SHIPPING
- Vizcosa takes not responsibility for missing incoming delivery of a return. We encourage you to return your item via traceable postal Services.
- Vizcosa will not refund shipping fees
- Customer will incur the cost of returning any items
TENDER
If you are entitled to a refund. It will be processed on the exact same payment method used to make the original purchase.
SECOND RETURNS
You may return an item for a second item within 14 days of receiving your first free exchange, though you must cover the full postage cost o for your next order. Please note we do not refund for change of mind, but on the rare occasion you are granted a refund a fee of 10% applies to you to cover cost of delivery
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Items purchased using a promotional discount code may be returned for a credit of the amount paid.
